Probably the worst build I've ever made. Okay, maybe not, but still. This is a cosplay of Dr. Manhattan, from Watchmen. In order to make this build you need to make your skin blue, which can be done by fiddling with the sliders for ages. Now I'll go over my choices for each of the items. First off, the Cestus. This is the least visible weapon for our build, and it'll look like we're just punching people. Next up, the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst. Used because its just a very good low level catalyst. We use it to cast Great Magic Weapon, to make our Cestus look the same colour as our skin. We will swap out the catalyst for our bare fists once we have buffed the Cestus. Wolf Ring provides the blue aura around Dr. Manhattan. Poise is useful as well. Finally, the Ring of Steel Protection shows Dr. Manhattan's high defense. We either host or invade. If we invade we go darkmoon for the blue aura. Hope you enjoyed!
