Your general fat roll tank build. You want to main the Zweihander and utilize the abilities from Havels Shield and the Dragon Greatsword. The combination of Iron Flesh and the Havels ability will make you insanely tanky. The second pyromancy is really whatever suits you best. I chose combustion because its fast spell usage will throw them off from all your slow moving attacks and movement.
