Last uploaded build somehow made itself into an older version... THIS is the most recent of my DWGR high poise builds. The shotel wasn't as good as the rapier, and the 100% physical in heater shield is better in general combat and setup parries
Giants is better than havels, even if it looks much worse.
Also, no point having the whole 99 End just for the sake of it. 98 is all you need. this is minmax afterall
Lastly, tempest is very useful to have as a backup. I prefer and usually use chaos storm, but this build just can't afford 2 more points, Sl125 is higher than I usually go anyway (normally stop at 121). However, if you're really desperate, you could go to 130 in order to accomodate more personalised attunement/second weapon
