Must complete Big Hat Logan's questline. All equipment is upgraded as much as possible. For a boost in defenses, replace the Crown of Dusk with the Porcelain Mask or Mask of Velka.
HANDS
RH1 alternates between Uchigatana and Great Scythe. Uchi hits quicker, but the Scythe hits harder and has a much longer reach.
RH2 mainly use Ascended Flame, but switch to Black Bow of Pharis for ranged attacks.
LH1 Tower or Caduceus Kite Shield--only 3 units of weight--whicher you think looks better (only 4 less stability than the Silver Knight Shield--5 units--and 3 less than the Balder Shield--4 units)
LH2 start with the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst. Once you have 27 INT, switch to the Sorcerer's Catalyst. After completing Logan's questline, use the Tin Crystalization Catalyst as needed for harder hitting spells.
RINGS
Slot 1 is the FaP ring to make swapping rings a bit easier.
Slot 2 alternates between the Wolf Ring, Bellowing & Lingering Dragoncrest, and Dusk Crown Ring as needed.
SPELLS
When not approaching a boss, repalce GCF with Great Fireball (same damage on impact, only difference is GCF's lava). Use the extra slot for Homing Crystal Soulmass or double up on either Combustion or Great Fireball. Also, replace Power Within with Great Soul Arrow.
Only use Power Within with the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring as it slows down the life drain effect.
