A mixed pyro, melee and sorcery , requires a lot of toggling and cycling through spells and weapons but the combination and versatility of the build is pretty deadly, feel free to swap out the rings or apply some heavier armor or include the dusk crown in meta versions. As for the gameplay itself using this build its a good 9/10, I'd advise keeping the dark wood grain ring on as you ideally want to move around a lot to cast spells, especially vs aggressive players, when you come across someone with a poise damaging weapon, any poise is pretty much useless any ways. With 40 health, its not too bad to unlock yourself in pvp or pve.
