Add any combination of weapons in your right hand slots, as long as it weighs less than 9. Replace Havel's leggings with Stone leggings to increase that to 10.1.
Recommended weapons:
Winged Spear for turtling, counters, and range
Claymore for combos and dead angles
Longsword for speed and versatility
Halberd for high damage and range
...or any other weapon, really(except the over 10 weight weapons or, obviously, weapons that use faith or intellect).
