Quality pyro build, more dex focused. Enough poise for black flame. Fast roll. Armor can be changed for less poise (53) and use of some 5-6 lb. offhand weapon like great scythe for catching bs fishers. Chaos blade just destroys in PvP. For PvE you can use Uchigatana, Scythe, Halberd, Claymore etc. Use weapons only +15, elemental split damage is much lower overall. It can be adjusted for 15 INT to use Great magic weapon for buffs by decreasing strength a little. Trade-off will be lower damage on STR scaling weapons like Claymore but some crazy destructive power on buffed weapons will more than make up for it. I don't like buffs as they are cheap so..
