Obsidian Greatsword has absurdly low stat requirements for its damage output. So does Oolacile Catalyst. And Obsidian Greatsword just HAPPENS to be enchantable? Come on, obvious build is obvious.
It turns out you can actually achieve this at SL15, but invading Parish is lame; I'd much rather invade Anor Londo. So the logical option is to just go full tank and dump points in vitality. 53 poise means I can take one hit from a Zwei without staggering.
Basic strategy is to pop some green blossoms and run forward, tank the first hit like it's nothing, and go ham. If things get serious you can fall back to the dark bead spam.
