Just a gimmicky build. Knock down pp with the 1hR1, then immediately cast Fire Tempest/Chaos Storm afterwards. Might hit, might not hit. Not so advisable vs flippers, since they can just roll spam through the tempest and sometimes fast roll can do so too.
Secondary ring options:
-Bellowing Dragoncrest, for more Pyro damage
-Hornet, essentially for the longer knockdown.
-Wolf ring, well, for more poise
-DWGR, incase you like to change your gender
