This build is highly versatile. In PvE, you have a lightning Uchigatana which will allow you to deal solid damage to most enemies and allows for bleeding against bosses. Power Within makes boss fights a breeze. In PvP, you have so many tools it's ridiculous. With your pyromancy flame, you can GC lock your enemy. With your talisman, you have access to healing as a phantom and you can TWoP your enemy at close range with the Ring of Fog. Backstabbing or fast R1ing can then commence.
