One of my favorite builds for low level invades (mostly done in Sens). Meant to surprise opponents by fire surging them when chameleon'd (You can cast fire surge without breaking chameleon if you moving). Easy to lose with since no poise, little health, and no really good weapon, however scaring people with fire-breathing statues and barrels never gets old.
