A Ciaran PvP build, structured so you can eek the most out of the two Tracers. Best to use two pairs of both Tracers, but in opposing hands so you can switch your left hand and right hand between Tracers, which means you can change from a left hand attack to a parry, and use the Dark Silver Tracer to riposte/backstab.
Hornet Ring is there for cosplay purposes, you don't really need it since your crit damage is already pretty good, so I'd reccomend Wolf Ring to pass the 60 poise mark.
Even still, you shouldn't rely on poise for this build - Ciaran's armour is pretty light defense wise, so it's best to dodge as much as you can.
