Revisited for better poise, but still just for fun because the lack of DEX makes pyromancy casting slower You may sacrifice a bit of VIT to fix this.
Use dual-wield to attack and only use the shield against pyromancies. As you may have noticed, your primary mean of defense is dodging.
Make your opponents panic via toxic and poison buildups. In enclosed areas, finish them with pyromacies cloacked in a toxic mist.
Optional, but you can also use Acid Surge to troll crystal weapons builds. I have no idea if this is efficient or not, so you might as well use that last slot for Poison Mist.
