Use one of the three melee weapons and the bow, troll ppl in Sen's and Quelaag's. Use Power within to get low hp, then 1 shot ppl. You can use any weapon you like, as long as you don't trade hits with a fast weapon, because you won't tank more than a hit. I'd rush the Gaping Dragon and get his tail cut at the beginning, then run to the everlasting dragon. You should by then have enough Souls to wear your weapon. Good luck have fun
