Havel's set (minus the helm) gives 103 poise and a shitload of physical defense. Mask of the child and Grass crest shield for the stamina boost. When doing battle, pop a green blossom and then charge at the enemy while slashing at them and watch them panic as their bleed meter notches upward. While this is not the best tactic against experienced PvP'ers, I have had a LOT of fun by scaring the piss out of people with this build.
