With that build, you will have good poise, great shield to parry everything. Use the poison mist to hide yourself, and then, use your axe' range attack or your chaos tempest, the ennemy won't see it coming. And even without this, that axe hit fast and deals heavy damages. You just need to stay really close to the ennemy because of the short range of the axe (that's why you have that big shield huh !)
