I guess this is a pretty common beginner's build for PvP. Pretty effective too.
2-hand that falchion for 30 poise damage per hit. If you hit them and they stagger, they are pretty much dead unless they know how to swap out of the stagger. Either way, you should do a lot of damage.
Buffed falchion hits for 400-500 with sunlight blade and with the RoFaP you can swing (light attack) 7 times in a row. It's also extremely fast, so missing a backstab, for example, is not that bad.
If facing zweihander users, you can even drop your ninja flip and swap in a wolf ring to be able to take 1 hit without being staggered (note: try not to be hit by zweihanders, they hurt).
Use the WoG/black flame against turtles or to surprise them as a finisher. Or whenever you feel like it...
You can bump strength to 14 if you want to be able to 1-hand a uchigatana or great scythe.
