A themed build. Rings are interchangeable to preference, therefore I intentionally avoided relying on RFaP and Havel to provide versatility. Intentionally able to use Dragonslayer Spear.
Greatsword of Artorias was mid-game NG weapon because it looks cool =P. If you take alternate weapon path, adjust INT to taste.
For fast roll, sub Zwei for BSS/Longsword (3#) and Black Knight Shield for a Crest Shield (3#) and add Havel's Ring. Shortbow is as optional as you need it to be.
Armor is relatively protective and fashion souls, even if it has more poise than the relevant breakpoint. Silver Knight/Crest/Dragon Crest Shields are used until Black Knight Shield drops. Lightning spells are themed, Heal represents potions when summoned and the last slot is utility/whatever.
Further SLs would go into Vitality, Strength and/or Faith (up to Sunlight Spear), probably in that priority.
I am aware that Wanderer as starting class would have been more optimal by 1 Resistance, but the character isn't called Lightning Wanderer Raidy. =P
