Ah, the art of min/maxing...
There's just something satisfying about utterly destroying opponents in 3 hits with a tiny sword.
Buff and 2-hand the PGS and it will hit for around 600's, dealing 30 poise damage per hit. It also inflicts bleed. And stunlocks. The PGS's only weakness is the terrible range. If you don't like it, I suppose you can use a Falchion (no bleed) or Uchigatana (no stunlock), or even a Rapier (very nice backstabs, no bleed, no poise damage).
Also, I suppose the sunlight blade buff works as well if you don't want to bother with Darkmoon.
This is a 76 poise fast roll build without havel's ring.
14 Str is enough to use most (good) dex weapons, except curved greatswords. If you go to 120, you probably want more Vitality.
Power Within is optional, only for when you want to obliterate someone and do it very fast. Since the flame is in your right hand, use PW BEFORE the darkmoon buff or you will lose it. For the same reason, you do not want to use black flame at the beginning of the fight. Use it as a finisher or when the buff runs out.
PW can be replaced if you don't plan on using it. Did I mention you automatically win against mages if you bring Great Magic Barrier instead of PW? Fire Tempest is another good option.
Replace the wolf ring with anything you want. Wolf is just the best if your opponent tries to spam you back, or uses a Zweihander.
WoG is... well... WoG.
Pros: Ridiculous DPS, Fast roll, High poise, WoG, can use GMB to auto-win against mages.
Cons: Lowish health, Low range (for this particular weapon)
