Its a build focused on buffing the uchigatana or fast dex weapons (have also used the great scythe +15 which works great as well). The build as of now requires a decent skill in dodging. You can however increase the play style from dps to higher hits (kinda).
By switching havels ring with the ring of lingering dragon, and using power within with an unupgraded pyromancy flame. This will create a high hitting dex build but because of power within you will be on a time limit (and this also means you may not get hit). Also you could change the armor of course so you still get the fast roll.
