Notes from author
Revised version of the original DSII Pursuer build I made.
The appearance is changed to suit the Pursuer more, with "Elite Knight Leggings" and "Dark Gauntlets" to match the appearance. The leggings don't look too skinny, nor too bulky like the "Havel's Leggings" used previously. The gauntlets match the colours of the chest piece quite nicely and have the intricate designs of the Pursuer's gauntlets.

Weapons:
Stone Greatshield - Closest possible imitation of the Pursuer's Greatshield
Great Lord Greatsword - Similar appearance to the Pursuer's Ultra Greatsword from DSII, in addition to downward slash/smash similar to the boss.
Manus Catalyst - Limits dark magic casting in exchange for more power. Hopefully the limited castings reduce spamming.
OPTIONAL: Moonlight Greatsword - The Pursuer's enhanced form, after he impales you, gains the ability to shoot projectiles from his sword. This can be swapped with the Great Lord Greatsword for this effect.
Rings: RoFaP and Havel's for medium roll.
Playstyle:
Attempt to play like the boss from the game, try to imitate his moves. For example. his dashing attack into a regular slash, then downward slash *GLGS strong attack*.
Leave slight pauses after certain attacks, like the boss, if you feel so inclined.
If you really want to be like the Pursuer, do not use any, and I repeat, DO NOT USE ANY dark magic or switch to the Moonlight Greatsword until you have backstabbed them, imitating the forward thrust the boss does. Then, switch to the Moonlight Greatsword and use dark magic so you can copy his slash projectile and his dark magic.
Notes:
My hope that this isn't going to be a shitty build spamming dark magic, but one in respect to the boss and Dark Souls 2. I intend on playing on how I've described.
If you do try it, I hope you enjoy it.
