Yes, sadly you do need to have gone through NG+ to get the gold tracer a second time, but it is always fun. Wielding dual gold tracers give an incredible acrobatic effect as well as a great light show. I don't know whether the armors look that great together (haven't got the porcelain and chester armors), but hopefully it should. The tracers, along with the dark wood grain ring and the stamina regen granted by the cloranthy ring and green blossoms is pretty great since it becomes very rare that you run out of stamina. You can change the weapons for something else, particularly the target shield for a parrying dagger if you wish, but I would personally say this set up fits a it better. The only weapons I would say would be on par to dual wield would be lightning shotels, but it has a less acrobatic feel and there's a higher chance of hatemail if you are doing PvP. Pretty basic for the amount of effort required but worth it if you're an experienced dodger.
