An idea I came up with watching SunlightBlade's tank build video. I thought about the effectiveness of the Havel Greatshield R2 on a fast, but powerful build. Also inspired on part by Oroboro with the armor.
Grass Crest shield is a necessity, you are practically and unstoppable force with the Havel Buff. you want that stamina speed increase to go on the offensive and become and unstoppable onslaught!
*Note: You cannot use a green blossom while using the Havel Greatshield buff
Havel's Ring and RoFaP are both vital parts of this build. It is required in the Washing Pole Version below as well.

Step 1: Equip Havel Greatshield and 2-hand
Step 2: Strong attack, then remove
Step 3: Switch to weapon, buff with Sunlight Blade
Step 4: Wreck everything
Rock Effect lasts for 40 seconds
Sunlight Blade lasts for 60 seconds.
Make it count.

WASHING POLE VERSION

There is a Washing Pole Version of this build with the same stats. The only difference is armor.
Head: Elite Knight Helmet
Chest: Knight Armor
Hands: Giant's Gauntlets
Legs: Wanderer's Boots
You may or may not like the new appearance compared to the older one. This tradeoff is coupled with the decreased poise, now at 49 and the 2.0 pounds caused by the Washing Pole.
The armor change still allows you to fast roll, on top of increased range, so not all is bad.
