You could probably swap out the Tattered Cloth Manchette for some other gauntlets e.g. Thorn
Dark Wood Grain Ring could swap with Hornet ring as you're gonna be going for parries and backstabs. Sometimes use Spell Stoneplate ring or Fire stoneplate ring because there are a lot of mages and pyros out there. I wouldn't get rid of the Wolf Ring as you would be left with 15 poise. (As long as you feel comfortable with low poise the ring could be swapped for others discussed above)
You'll be using great combustion most of the time if your not constantly trying to parry with this build.
Pretty solid defense for a ninja flip build, pretty cool looking too. Give it a try :)
