You can also have one stack of Great Combustion to replace the second Black Flame if you don't feel like going to NG+ to get the second set. You can also wear whatever armor you want, as long as you can fast roll. You can also replace the Dark Wood Grain Ring with the Wolf Ring if you feel like tanking a few hits; however, I'm not a big fan of poise so I go with the Dark Wood Grain Ring instead (I'm sure other Demon's Souls fans will understand me on that note since there's no poise in that game but the rolls are comparable to DWGR handsprings). If you die, you can glitch a Fire Keeper Soul to get your 10+ Humanity back for the Chaos Reinforced Club +5. And to make this more ultimate, make sure to do the "Well! What is it!" gesture after you slay your helpless victims. You can also challenge higher level players with this build if you are confident enough to do so (yes I even PvP in Anor Londo and the other "Lord Soul" areas with this set up).
