High Health makes it ideal for practicing parries, because you'll have a lot of breathing space for mistakes. Bare-handed left hand so you'll either have to parry a LOT or just make sure you get in, hit, and get out. More of a novelty build for running through the game and practicing parrying than anything. Give it a whirl in PvP if you're feeling ballsy. Also, no Parrying Dagger or Target Shield to hold your hand. It's parry or get hit.
Note: Won't help with Parrying in PvP.
