The overall set is based off of Noel's default outfit, as that was the only one I had and I also didn't care much about the other ones.
Everything in this build is based on Noel's stats. FaP ring gives high-ish hp just like Noel. str and dex at 30 because Noel is meant for physical combat.
Now I'll explain how to paradigm shift (Or rather, how to change play style in game)
Commando - hack and slash away
Ravager - Unlike what I said in the Serah build, you can use resins as a ravager simply because Noel will almost always use strikes such as flamestrike.
Sentinel - Taunt your target with gestures, and turtle/dodge with Eagle Shield (Unlike Serah, dodge only when you're low on stamina to avoid stagger)
Saboteur - Lloyd's are really your only option here, as Noel's not amazing as a sab.
Synergist - Green blossoms, that's it
Medic - Surprisingly Noel has potential as a medic, so great heal and purple moss as Esuna. I would even go as far as to say Mushrooms work as medic, but most people frown upon those.
RESIN ONLY WHEN RAVAGER, to switch back to normal, switch weapon and then switch back.
Hummanity can be swapped out for DB if you're cheap like that, but hummanity has a 'cast' time more akin to using potions.
