So ..... Basically, this build is about taking some heavy weapons and stomp you enemies in the ground with them :)
Weapon Choices:
I went for a Large Club for the early game, a Great Club will work as well I guess. Upgraded it to Occult +5, but you can basically go divine or normal as well. If you go normal, you can enchant it with sunlight blade, I guess that would be doing even more damage than the occult version.
For Late game the Grant is just a beast. And It looks so frickin cool! It ahs teh perfect look for this build :)
Also, if you want to change your move sets up a bit, you can go for a Butcher Knife as well, or the Man-Serpent Greatsword. Again, Either go occult, Divine, or normal for the possibility to Enchant.
Armor:
The Armor of Thorns looks really nice imo in combination the Boar Helm, so yea .. its just the looks.
Shield Choices:
I had Artorias Greatshield equipped for most of the time, and went for the Black Knight Shield if I wanted to parry. Those two shields both go very well with the look of this build and are both really strong. Another cool option is the Effigy Shield.
Levelling Order:
I rushed the 18 Strength required to two-hand the large club first, after that I went for 25 Faith so I could join the Warriors of Sunlight and get the Lightning Spear. That spell will make your life so much easier :)
After that, its pretty much up to you. If you ocassionally want to use Bows, you should put 2 extra points in Dexterity, if not, leave it at 8. Put some points in Attunement along the way if you can spare them, but 14 should be enough to serve you well for a long time.
A lot of Endurance will come in handy, but I actually went with upgrading Strength first after having my 15 faith. I actually maxed out faith and Strength while having Vitality and Endurance at 20 each, and it was actually quite comfortable. Since most enemies can't withstand more than one or 2 hits from you anyway, you should be fine. I was xD
Have Fun
