You'll be able to fast-roll with a majority of weapons, even greatswords.
Sadly, you'll be stuck in midroll for excessively heavier weapons like the Demon's Greataxe, Demon's Great Machete, Dragon Greatsword etc. unless you wear the Ring of Favour and protection and the Father's mask, you can fast roll with these weapons with that set up. but you'll be sacrificing a ring slot.
I have the chaos rapier in there as a sidearm, hornet ring is my favourite. But feel free to choose whatever rings you want.
There's a diverse range of weapons you can use with this set-up. It's an enjoyable build. And has a poise break-point of 35 off the bat.
I don't really care for fashion souls but feel free to swap armours in and out depending on your main if you want to maintain fast roll.
