Liked the idea of a faster striking GiantDad.
Gave him the Great Scythe for its powerful and relatively fast strikes.
If you want to do Ninja Flips, simply replace the RFP with DWG, bring your End to 80, reduce your Vit to 40, and reduce your Int to 11 (this will not allow you to be able to use Great Magic Weapon, Dark Beads, Cast Light, etc).
