The sanctus heals you 2hp per 2 seconds (essentially 1 per second) and the server 7 per hit. PW will be draining you around 15 hp/s, so, at the very best, you'll be halving the effect. However, thats a good deal imo considering the enormous damage output
I made this build because of all the people I have fought or seen talking about their builds, using PW and then healing before they die because they hadnt thought their strategy through.
This is a highly offensive build, you will die if you, at any point, try turtling or standing still
