This is the build I primarily used for PVP. It's a bit unorthodox, but has worked great. High poise compared to other builds makes this excellent for trade, but midroll means spatial awareness is key to avoid getting BS'd. The Cloranthy ring is simply a placeholder. You can put anything you want there. I used the Hornet ring for awhile but I found that made fights a bit too easy. I've tried the Wolf Ring, but found the extra poise to be unnecessary. You could possibly use the Steel Ring, though I don't know how much it would actually help.
