This is a cosplay of Maneater Mildred, a female Cannibal NPC that invades you in Blighttown and if you beat her she helps you fight Quelaag. This build is how she is in the game, high resistance because she's pretty much immune to poison, Rusted Iron ring because she can walk through the swamp in Blighttown with no issue whatsoever, a lot of strength so she can use the knife. If you roleplay as her, she's not honorable, you may see a person to fight against, but she sees dinner, be as ruthless as you want with her. For maximum efficiency you would have a female character, any face, Wave hair, and Large lower body. Enjoy eating your victims when you kill them.
