This is the minimum stats and preferred starting class for one who wants to be able to use ANY weapon or shield in the game one-handed. This does NOT include spells. Both faith and intelligence need to be 50 to use all spells. 39 strength is required to wield any weapon or shield two-handed if its requirement is 40 or higher. 50 strength if you wish to wield anything except Smough's Hammer one-handed.
