Some useful suggestions:
This build is intended for warriors: intelligence and faith are completely excluded. Poise is 0, so dark wood grain ring is a must have to avoid pretty much everything. Ring of favor and protection permit to have fast roll (ninja flip with the ring) and leave out only 0.1. Crest shield is perfect to stop sorcery and miracles; thanks to uchigatana and avelyn, your pg can attack short/mid range; with 12 attunement, pyromancy is fully permitted: I suggest to cast black flame and great combustion (or maybe power within).
10 humanities are necessary for chaos weapons (uchi), having 99 humanities increases your defenses
