This is a Faith build that includes the Sunlight Straight Sword, Black Bow of Pharis, Grass Crest Shield, and Darkmoon Talisman. The armor is the Paladin chest, gauntlets, and leggings and the helmet is the Xanthous crown for cosplay purposes (I think it looks unique too). The rings are the ring of favor and protection and the ring of the sun's firstborn. Spells are my personal picks but can be changed and if you want to wield a 16 str requirement weapon, take the 4 points out of vitality and put it into strength.
