3 Soulmasses with the 20 Int. Strong Magic Shield is good to block Pursuers and parry R1 spammers without stamina loss.
Can use pretty much any weapon with 16/16 max requirements and two-hand weapons up to a Zwei strength (24). Use Divine or Occult weapons for more damage.
