Something I whipped up off the top of my head to try and make early PVP enjoyable for newbies. With this build, you are invading in the low SL areas (Burg, Depths, etc...) and not so much as bully the newer players so much as try and make something fun for them. With this build, you MUST walk when in the player's sight. You're a darkwraith. Look as intimidating as possible and don't be afraid to use the heavy attack and the dark hand frequently. If you do kill the host, then look boss while doing it. Walk away from them or pop a humanity or something.
