Look, alright, the Short Sword is a very potent weapon in the hands of the patient. It's range can confuse a lot of players, especially it's two handed R1 rolling attacks. One handing this sword results in a 180 arc in front of you when you swing, basically catching low poise players in a stun-lock position.
I'm mainly saving this build for purposes of friends of mine, as an example build. But yeah, stuff.
Great Magic Weapon is basically equal to using Gold Pine Resin on your weapon, it adds around 180 damage if used with the Oolacile Ivory Catalyst.
So, yeah. Not the worlds greatest build, it's health is a little lower than where I'd like it, even with RoFaP on, it's still rather low. But viable for both PvE and PvP.
(P.S. I'm addicted to light rolling, if you can't tell.)
