This build has to be a SL 2 in order to properly weild the longsword. I am aware that hollow warriors use a shortsword, but I favor the longsword for personal reasons. Even if one were to use the short-sword, you would still have to be SL 2.
To make it more accurate, you can swap to the short-sword(s) and upgrade that instead of the longsword(s).
For PVE, your short/longsword will either have to be lightning or chaos, but for PVP or pretending you're a gravelorded phantom, swap to the +5 raw longsword.
I despise twinking, and always have been a friendly-wraith, so I generally will never kill a low-level host. I will, instead, hurt them a bit, but give them tons of opportunities to kill me.
If they have a phantom, I do end up killing them only to ease the chaos of multiple targets.
You can swap out Havel's ring with only one longsword/shortsword equipped, giving room to variation. In that case, I often use the Ring of Steel Protection.
