I know this has been done before but i thought some people may not know about it so i'm putting it on the mugenmonkey.
you're cloths are whatever you want and you've got 28 strength and 40 dexterity so that you can wield most dex weapons i just put the great scythe on there because it does way to much damage (in my opinion that is) plus its pretty easy to dead angle with, alternatively you could use the r2s of the shotel to get past those pesky shields. however you may not be able to one shot people like how you can with the great scythe. i guess you could also swap the red tear stone for some thing like the hornet ring so that you could one shot bs people but there's already enough of that in dark souls.
I used this build purely for the lulz and was done with it after a few nights of forest invasions. use this build at your own discretion, i got called a one shot haxzor for using this and was indicted many a time, one guy even threatened to have me banned from xbox said he new people at microsoft (lol)

p.s. you're gunna want to be cursed so that the sanctus doesn't bring you out of the red tear stone ring range although i'm not 100% sure that you actually need to be cursed but it does make power within get you into RTSR a lot faster.
