When the Witch of Izalith attempted to recreate the first flame, she and her daughters were transformed into chaos demons - except for Quelana and a second, unheard of, daughter.
This Daughter of Chaos was rendered insane by the transformation of her family into Chaos Demons. She used a fragment of the original chaos flame to weave a powerful weapon, the Chaos Reaper, in order to protect her broken family and contain the demons. Centuries have passed and she still patrols the entrance to Lost Izalith as its eternal, unseen protector. Unseen that is, until the chosen undead defiles her home...
