This is my "assassin build" set up to my regular dex build. I love to use this when I get bored and feel like playing a bit more "sneaky". You can swap the rapier out for the bandits knife, or even drop the hornet right for the chloranthy ring (what I usually pair it with) or even the DWGR for added style points. Just remember this set up is part of a dex build designed to have quite a bit of variety in its uses and can be used in many different ways, so if you find a way to wear a set of armor and weapons and still fast roll with these stats, its probably because its a set up that I use :). poison knives and dung pies are great for making your opponents panic, Lloyds talisman to really set the panic in when they figure out they cannot estus.
