A light-weight build utilising magic-based weaponry along with punishing Pyromancy. A build intended for PvE, but it should be just as effective in PvP, partly due to it's all range approach.
The reason for it having high intelligence is due to the fact that the Wanderer starts with higher intelligence than faith, plus this allows the build to utilise an elemental weapon that scales with stats without the constant need to buff the weapon with items or spells. This build favours evasion over defending, hence the light armour & Dark Hand. Pyromancy can safely be replaced with Sorceries if one so desires, since no Catalyst would get the weight load past 24.9% capacity, still allowing the fast roll.
