This uses every health regenerating item in the game the stats are optional as long as you can wield the weapons required and spells of course ;-)
As a non buffed qeapon you can choose so you make use out of sunlight blade thats what the empty slot in right hand is for
This buuld will not be finished until NG Plus since you cannot get sunlight spear until NG Plus other than that every thing can be obtained in first playthrough so you can maybe use great lightning spear and lightning spear
