Made to be a joke build. With 16 end you can swing the zwei just enough for 3 strikes. At level 10, you can invade as low as level 14. Players gain 10000 souls upon beating the bell gargoyles, so you should be able to invade a lot of low levels in that area. If you want to go lower just don't level up VIT as much.
