50 Int/Faith with the Crown of dusk and the Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring. This is gonna hurt. A lot.
Logan's and the Darkmoon and the Ascended. 11 Endurance won't give you a lot of stamina for movement anyways, so keep your distance. In case you're unlucky enough to run completely out of castings even with 6 attunement slots, keep that Enchanted Hand Axe (or other melee weapon) nearby and be EXTREMELY mindful of what little stamina you have at your disposal. Actually, once you run out of castings, switching to a Chloranthy Ring might just save you. Or maybe a Hronet Ring, because I assume at this point, you're probably going to try backstab or parry fishing. Don't hide it, I know you'd try that.
Glassy as hell. My advice? Toggle.
