Corvo Attano from Dishonored. Emit force was the only spell I know that resembled any of his abilities, Windblast. Makes a little sense, I guess, since this is a combat Corvo, windblast would probably be the one he uses most anyway. :P
Dark Mask and Chester's coat was the best I could do. Can't find any better boots neither.
