A intelligence/dexterity build that focuses on using homing crystal soulmass in tandem with reverse backstep of the rapier class weapon run/backstep attack.
Spell casting speed/damage is maximized while maintaining a decent number of attunement slots and without affecting number of casts per slot.
The Armor setup I have for the build is just my preferred look for the character and is a far cry from an efficient setup for defence or poise, feel free to to change it.

Side notes
If you want to go all out I'd recommend putting on an armour piece from Kirks set for backstab denying on rolls as you'll be showing your butt a lot with this build :P
I'll also recommend trying the furysword in the left hand duel wielded with the rapier in the main hand as a more offensive alternate setup.
