The catalyst is only for style (though I guess you could beat no-poise players with it... if you don't mind the 4 damage)
The Kellog's Furysword is a backup, this build focuses on pure pyro. Just something to keep you alive if you run out of spells.
Darkhand because I knew nothing better, never use it though (unless ironflesh is activated and the other guy is spamming magic).
Change spells according to what you like. Iron Flesh destroys Falchion-Fartmoonblades, but beware of two-handed katanas and ranged attacks.
it will give you the chance to cast a chaos storm though.
